Return and Refund Policy

1. Return

  1. For an item purchased, it must be returned upon the customer's will within 10 calendar days from the date of the purchase.
  2. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. Tampered items shall not be accepted and thus must be refrained from returning.
  3. Tampered items/items damaged at the customer’s end shall not be accepted at Plip Plip’s sole discretion.
  4. Item must be returned in original packaging only.
  5. While returning the purchased item, the original receipt of the purchase transaction shall be provided along with the item that is to be returned.
  6. Products such as Nil shall not be applicable for the Return policy.

 

2. Cancellation of Services

  1. Services once paid for cannot be cancelled by a customer, except at the sole discretion of Plip Plip In case of any discrepancy or issues relating to the Services, customer may reach out to the email ID below in this policy for resolution.

3. Refund and Shipping

  1. Upon the successful return of the product, PLIP PLIP shall notify you of the status of the refund after careful scrutinization.
  2. Shipping cost shall be the responsibility of the customer and hence no refund policy shall be applicable over any shipping cost.
  3. However, upon misunderstood delivery or error from PLIP PLIP, all charges including the total cost of purchase along with shipping charges shall be refunded within 3 - 7 business days of notice of the issue.
  4. A refund shall only be expected upon the condition of the item returned.
  5. The refunded amount shall be credited to the customer's registered account within 24 calendar days of reporting the issue

 

4. Shipping

Our shipping policy at PLIP PLIP aims to provide customers with a fast and hassle-free delivery experience. We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping duration varies depending on various factors, including location, weight/dimensions of the package, mode of transit, and external factors such as holidays, climate, and strikes. To ensure timely delivery, we work with multiple logistics providers to offer a wide range of courier services. However, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service provider or external factors. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact the courier service provider to file a claim. At this time, we do not offer international shipping
